Brilliant experience with Grillo Kitchens from start to finish. The team guided us through the whole process with great customer service, and even accommodated a last-minute change seamlessly. Delivery was first class, and the finished kitchen looks fantastic. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Product and great service
Absolutely brilliant purchasing experience from start to finish. The sales team, technical team and installers are all very knowledgeable in their product, friendly and willing to help wherever possible. The design configurator on the website is a really useful tool not only for myself but also to help my clients visualise what they're getting and the modular system gives so much flexibility!
As for the products themselves.... superbly built using quality materials that are strong with a premium look and finish. The icing on the cake is all the little extras included such as chopping boards, BBQ utensils, gloves etc.

The website is too complicated. I wanted to compare outdoor built in BBQ, and could not find a result. Guess i have to to the footwork elsewhere.

Grillo specialises in complete outdoor kitchens, with BBQs integrated into our cabinetry, rather than standalone built-in BBQs. That said, we do offer a built-in gas grill, and we appreciate that this information could have been easier for you to find.

Brillo Grillo
From start the finish Grillo have been amazing. Layla was superb patient in helping to design our outside kitchen, and offered multiple design options to fit within our budget. In the end we ended with everything we wanted and more and the design fitted perfectly into the space. We chose Grillo because of the 10 year warranty which was particularly important to us because of the seafront location it was installed in. Being marine grade quality we are confident it will stand the test of time.
Installation was also faultless. The guys worked like trojans in very hot weather and even accommodated a difficult install location on the beach. Once installation was complete the totally cleaned everything and gave me a thorough run-through of how to use the equipment.
We opted for the additional Delevita pizza oven which had its first test run over the weekend and everything was amazing.
I highly recommend Grillo - everyone we have dealt with was professional and helpful and the kitchen looks stunning.

The installers were great, but I do feel if you want a wow customer experience, they could spend 15 minutes on the do's and dont's on how to use the pizza oven and vantage charcoal
The installers were great. I filled in on my form from the installers, I was disappointed after calling three time to ask if I had everything for the kitchen to find out we did not have the pizza oven accessories. We had organised a party for the Saturday and had things missing. We also did not have the tool rail. We have had troubles lighting the pizza oven, which we have reported to Amy this morning.

We appreciate your feedback about the handover. Our installers will usually provide a brief overview, but we understand you would have preferred more detailed directions of how to use the appliances. We do have guidance and videos available online, but your comments are helpful and will be taken on board for future improvements to our service.
We are sorry for the confusion around the tool rail and pizza oven accessories. The tool rail was not included on the original order, although we appreciate there may have been an expectation that it came as standard. We have arranged for a tool rail to be sent out to you free of charge, with the pizza tools to follow once they are in stock. We have also contacted Gozney on your behalf and asked them to get in touch regarding the difficulty lighting the pizza oven and hope you can get up and running quickly.
We hope everything is resolved for you soon and that you enjoy many years of cooking and entertaining in your Grillo kitchen.

We have been considering a garden…
We have been considering a garden kitchen for some time and looked at several suppliers but preferred the contemporary look of the Grillo. The ability to create your own design using the website configurator was a plus point as it enabled us to try different modules until we settled on the best for us. Seeing the product in a showroom before we committed allowed us to appreciate the build quality - it will definitely pass the test of time. The service was good with Grillo keeping us updated on timing. We were using a landscape company to lay patios and Grillo were quick to respond to any queries on sizing, services, etc that they had. Looking forward to enjoying the real thing now that the work is completed. We opted for the white glove installation which I would recommend - there is a lot of assembly work to be done.
